What is the difference between −80°C and −40°C freezers?
−80°C ULT freezers are used for long-term storage of nucleic acids, proteins, cells and other sensitive biologicals. −20°C to −40°C biomedical freezers suit reagents, enzymes and plasma with shorter storage needs.
How do I choose the right capacity?
Count your current boxes or racks, add expected growth for 3–5 years, and allow headroom for airflow. Our team can calculate capacity from your rack and box format.
Do the freezers include temperature alarms?
Most models include audible and visual alarms; remote alarms and RTMD-based monitoring are available as options.
What site preparation is needed before installation?
A stable power supply with appropriate voltage, adequate ventilation clearance and floor loading. We share a site-readiness checklist with your quotation.
Do you offer AMC for cold storage equipment?
